1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of the Atyla platform, accessible at atyla.io, which offers analysis and optimization services for brand visibility on generative search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude).

By accessing the platform or using our services, you agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Atyla offers the following services:

  • AI Monitoring: Monitoring your brand's presence on major generative search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude).
  • Prompt Tracking: Configuration and tracking of strategic prompts to measure your visibility.
  • Source Analysis: Identification of sources cited by AI in relation to your brand.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Comparison of your visibility with that of your competitors.
  • GEO Technical Audit: Analysis of your website according to optimization criteria for generative engines.
  • Alerts and Notifications: Real-time notifications via Slack, Discord, Email or Webhook.
  • Reports: Generation of detailed PDF reports.

3. Registration and User Account

3.1 Account creation

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You can register via email (with magic link) or via Google OAuth.

3.2 Account security

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities performed under your account. We offer two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance security.

3.3 Teams

You can create or join teams to collaborate. The team owner is responsible for managing members and permissions.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

4.1 Pricing plans

Atyla offers several subscription plans: Starter, Growth and Enterprise. Feature and pricing details are available on our Pricing page.

4.2 Trial period

A 7-day free trial is offered to new users. No credit card is required to start the trial.

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually according to your choice. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid services remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the services in accordance with applicable laws
  • Not attempt to circumvent your plan's limitations
  • Not share your login credentials
  • Not use the services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Not intentionally overload our infrastructure
  • Not copy, modify or redistribute our services

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the Atyla platform, including code, design, logos, and content, are the exclusive property of Atyla.

Data that you import or generate through our services remains your property. We do not claim any rights to your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Atyla shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

8. Modifications to ToS

We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. Significant changes will be notified to you by email or via the platform. Continued use of the services after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the competent courts of France.
